Experience:
1 - 2 years previous call center sales experience is preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - some college preferred.

Answer high inbound customer inquiries and assist new and current subscribers in establishing a variety of broadband services
Successfully close sales inquiries through applying customized sales concepts.
Interact and respond to a variety of products through multiple marketing promotions.
Inform subscribers of the company's products, it's policies and it's processes.
Up sell or cross sell additional ancillary services to current subscribers.
Solid call center phone etiquette skills.
Great listening skills.
The ability to engage in genuine, fluid conversation.
Team Attitude.
Ability to Multi-task.
Punctuality and excellent attendance is a must.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work evening and/or weekend hours.
Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Assertive and goal oriented.
Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow.
High level of integrity.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish desirable but not necessary.
