About The Job
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Sales Supervisor
Hours: Normal company business hours. Early to mid day start times available. Occasional overtime required as dictated by business needs.
Purpose: To respond to high inbound customer sales calls, answer inquiries on purchasing various satellite and DSL products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer high inbound customer inquiries and assist new and current subscribers in establishing a variety of broadband services

Successfully close sales inquiries through applying customized sales concepts.

Interact and respond to a variety of products through multiple marketing promotions.

Inform subscribers of the company's products, it's policies and it's processes.

Up sell or cross sell additional ancillary services to current subscribers.
